Every programme starts with a thorough movement assessment, injury profiling, and where appropriate, force plate and strength testing. No generic plans — everything is built around you, your sport, your training state, and your goals.
All programming is grounded in current sports science and applied research. Whether the focus is strength, power, speed, plyometric development, or injury resilience, every session has a clear purpose and a measurable outcome.
Working in close collaboration with physiotherapists, osteopaths, and sports medicine practitioners, I design and deliver targeted pre-hab and rehab programmes that keep athletes training and competing at their best.
Performance is built inside and outside the gym. I provide evidence-based nutritional advice to complement your training programme, supporting recovery, body composition, and energy management.
Available face-to-face across the Midlands or remotely via online coaching. Regular check-ins, programme reviews, and ongoing support to keep you on track and progressing.
Tracking progress is as important as the training itself. I monitor athlete performance data, manage training loads, and adapt programmes in response to how each individual is responding — ensuring progression is consistent, sustainable, and peaks at the right time. From force plate re-testing and strength benchmarks to session readiness and recovery indicators, every data point informs the next step forward

I am a UKSCA Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach and CIMSPA member with over 20 years of experience in athletics — as a competitive athlete who represented Birchfield Harriers, England and Great Britain, and as a coach working with competitive athletes across jumps, sprints, endurance disciplines and multiple sports.

My specialties lie in periodisation, movement assessments, power development, application efficiency across plyometric and sprinting mechanics. I currently work with athletes across club athletics, school sport, and individual coaching programmes, delivering movement assessments, force plate testing, periodised S&C programmes, and integrated pre-hab and rehab strategies.

Having represented my country and trained alongside some of the world's best coaches, physiotherapists, and performance specialists, I bring a first-hand understanding of what it takes to perform at the highest level — and how to build the physical foundation to get there.
I am committed to continuous professional development. I have guest lectured on plyometric application at Coventry University's MSc Strength & Conditioning programme and will be commencing my own MSc in Strength & Conditioning commencing September 2026.
